Our online counsellors are experienced and qualified professionals, based in Australia. They hold appropriate tertiary qualifications such as in psychology, social work and family therapy, counselling and other related disciplines.
Our counsellors have experience across a wide range of wellbeing issues that affect individuals, relationships and families, including relationship issues, separation and divorce, mental health, managing stress, emotions and life changes, parenting concerns, grief and loss, and work-related issues.
Robert holds a master’s degree in counselling and is highly experienced in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life situations. He is skilled in making accurate and rapid assessments, including in relation to mental health issues, trauma and family violence risk, and determining the most appropriate and solutions-focused interventions to apply.
Robert takes a holistic approach to understanding the person and their situational complexities, using an engagement style to calm high levels of emotion and distress, and applying systemic, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, behavioural, motivational and solution-focused approaches.
Robert is a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), an associate member of the Australian Association of Family Therapy and a full clinical registrant on the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
Cloe is a registered psychologist with experience working with both individuals and couples about a range of issues, including relationships, divorce and separation, mental illness, self-esteem, emotion regulation, perfectionism and performance issues (academic and paid employment), grief and loss, violence and abuse, and trauma.
Cloe provides a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients and adopts a collaborative approach to determine and address their needs and goals for counselling.
She has a background in psychology, management and education, and has published research specialising in sexual health and relationship functioning.
Cloe is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and will also be working towards endorsement as a Counselling Psychologist with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) College of Counselling Psychologists.
